What is a machine for inspection the parts?

It is a free-standing device whose purpose is to sort the parts into satisfactory and unsatisfactory. The operator inserts the parts manually into ergonomically designed beds in the machine. The cameras optically check the parts. Subsequently, the parts are automatically moved to the box for OK or NOK parts. The parts that have been evaluated as OK are marked.

The device can be equipped with a conveyor for moving the already filled boxes. The conveyor serves as a container for filled boxes. It is ensured that the number of pieces in the boxes is always constant.
